Built in Tennessee, the Horticulture Equipment Flat Filler is your solution for automatic filling of pots, trays, shuttle trays, plug trays and even 10 gallon containers, with an adjustable conveyor height of up to 19” for large container filling. Built with high quality Nord gear motors and parts, this precision filling unit will accommodate most, if not all, applications with a simple 115 volt plug-in.
The HE is equipped with a vinyl lined interior to prevent rust and decay and prolong the units lifetime. The variable speed drive on the soil and conveyor allow for synchronized filling of all container sizes. As well as additional options such as the power exit rollers, powered tray sweepers and a powered soil return.
Prices start at just $28,900 for the Basic HE1unit and $34,500 for the HE2 unit which includes all above mentioned options and features such as vinyl liner, adjustable height conveyor allowing for Maximum 19” filling height, 2” x 5” soft roll casters, and high speed gearbox for increased pots per hour.
